SOLENNE Pavilions are conceived as site-responsive residences. Rather than treating the building and landscape as separate elements, the architectural framework uses courtyards, terraces, planted zones, shaded circulation and controlled views as integral parts of the residential experience.
Buildings are positioned to create privacy between residences while preserving natural light, landscape continuity and a strong indoor–outdoor relationship.

A Low-Impact Residential Typology
The Pavilion model is designed around a lower and more distributed architectural form. Instead of concentrating residential space within a single dominant building volume, accommodation can be organised across connected or closely related architectural pavilions.
This allows different residential functions to respond individually to orientation, privacy, climate and landscape. The approach also creates opportunities for phased construction, repeatable building elements and more precise control of the relationship between architecture and terrain.

The Pavilion Residence
Each SOLENNE Pavilion residence is designed as a complete private living environment.
The architectural system separates principal residential functions into clearly defined spatial zones while maintaining a coherent relationship between them. Living areas, private accommodation, guest spaces and outdoor rooms are connected through sheltered transitions rather than conventional internal corridors wherever site and climate conditions allow.
This creates a more open residential sequence while preserving privacy between different parts of the home.
